UPDATE 1/8/25: I contacted customer support and they refunded my expedited shipping fee, and my item finally shipped. I appreciate their response, so I've updated my review. Initially, I ordered the shower head six days ago and paid for expedited shipping, but heard nothing until I reached out.
There are definitely better options available. I purchased this item last year, and it worked for about three months before breaking. When I reported it, the company had a complicated process in place to avoid addressing the issue of selling a defective product. I advise looking for better alternatives that are worth your money.
This company has has the worst customer service I was given the run around and then when I dare questioned a representative he completely ignored me and ended our conversation.There is no transparency with this company. Everyone is paying the expensive price tag and don’t know what they’re paying for.Jolie refuses to prove their product works, they refuse to prove they did indeed test their product through a lab and it claims to do what they state.I refuse to support a company that isn’t transparent, treats customers as if they their concerns aren’t significant, and lies all while charging a premium.
UPDATE: The defective item has been replaced. It seems as though I may have been victim to a not so good customer service rep. I went from 1 start 4. Having a phone number or a more efficient way to get help / support would be nice. Otherwise a 5 for sure. Once I went to IG after my experience it seems a real life person stepped in - everything turned around. ----------------------------------------I have reached out customer service - there is not number, only an email link. I purchased the shower head and have had issues with replacing the filter since the start. Once a pro initially installed to ensure it was done correctly. Second time a male friend had to install and he struggled. Now my 3rd one - I cannot do it alone. The head is not opening as described. I was told to 1. Try rubber gloves 2. Try the buddy system REALLY! So I live alone - I tried gloves and even a step ladder. I have injured my shoulder so now I can injure myself trying to change an "easy" filter. I found they knew this was an issue (I have the email to prove it) but chose to do nothing. I have contacted other customers and they have had the same crappy customer service. I also left feedback for their product - it was 1 star. It never shows on their site. They filter only 5 and 4 stars. Do not trust the feedback on the site. I even reached out to them on Instagram. NowI have to contact my credit card company. It's a shame because if the product worked it would be great. My request was not a refund but a replacement for one that functions.
I am 95% sure that their product is BS. Complete snake oil. I tested their filtered water with a TDS tester and it came up with more contamination than my gross tap water. I emailed customer service and they issued a refund (that I didn’t ask for) and stopped answering my emails. I contacted them on insta and started posting comments to get their attention and they blocked me. The company was completely uninterested in keeping me as a customer (I previously had a subscription and was willing to continue) but they didn’t offer to replace my shower filter in the event that my unit was faulty, they just… cut me off. So yeah, outlook not good. Probably a total scam.

Some unfortunate COVID-related events in my family forced me to reconsider financing a new showerhead.Jolie exceeded my standards when I initially found their Jolie 🚿 🛁 filter.Jolie exceeded my standards again after honoring their no-questions-asked, generously time-limited refund policy with a very punctual response from a Jolie team member!I'll definitely be back to buy my Jolie Shower filter after Jolie offered such excellent customer support!
