Not in NYC but in China. Completely inaccurate sizing. Low quality and cheap looking. Several emails and a crazy process to get a refund which never happened. Don’t waste your money or time on this website.
Do not order on this website. Everything the other reviewers say is true, and I wish I had read these before I ordered. The item was made of a terrible polyester; the fit and coloring were a bad imitation of what is on the website. I checked on the website and nowhere can you find out what the fabric is. My bad for assuming it was wool, as it was a sweater. AND, despite the ’30 day money back guarantee’ noted on the website, you don’t find out until you go to return it that you will have to pay $20-$40 to ship it to China for return. Then it takes 14 days to see the refund. BAD, BAD, BAD!
Absolute rip-off! I thought I was purchasing a cardigan embroidered with flowers from a company based in New York. Lovely photo of the garment on their website. What I got in post yesterday was a complete knockoff of the product. It was a "shirt" of cheap fabric with the pattern and flowers printed on the front of the shirt. White shirt, blue thread, no tags, etc. When I went to the return policy area, it says all returns must go to their warehouse in CHINA for $40 per return.
They do not deserve even one star. Much like other experiences I’ve read, it has been a nightmare to deal with this joke of a company. I ordered a sweater on their website that was presented beautifully in the photos, and described as high-quality, “soft luxurious fabric featuring a flattering tailored fit”. After weeks of waiting for the item I received absolutely dreadful piece of fabric of some sort. The item looked nothing like the photo featured on their site, the sizing was inaccurate, fitting more like a barrel than flattering and ran small, buttons did not match the picture or even the same size and did not align with the holes. The stitching was not straight causing the fabric together and bunch and lay vertical when worn. The fabric was thin polyester yarn of some sort resulting in anything but a soft luxurious product. In short this is not something I would never wear… even if I received it for free. It is tasteless, and dreadfully cheap. I fully intend to return this item knowing I have to jump through many hoops and pay to ship it all the way back to China. However, even if it cost me $40 to ship, I will receive $10 back and the company will not get to keep my money. I refuse to let them profit off of me. This is a non-existent customer service friendly store. The whole company is a scam with deceptive advertising, misleading pictures and exaggerated item descriptions that do not match the item you will receive. On top of that I found sizing irregularities, dreadful quality and fabricated fabric claims. There are not even labels inside the garment to describe size, fabric or care instructions. I should have known it was a scam when I ordered it. I never received an emailed invoice and when I logged in to check on my order, there was no information on my purchase. Don’t be fooled by this company’s pretty pictures and fluffed up descriptions. It’s not what you will receive.
Dreadful! Clothes do not match description on website, everything is cheap polyester, poorly made. Sizing is wildly inaccurate. Returning things is expensive and they do everything to delay and make it difficult. This a Chinese company who avoids tariffs by shipping small packages to US and then ships to you. Takes weeks to get order, I still haven’t received one item after almost a month. If you want to return you have to ship to China! Plus you are required to put in long ‘harmonization codes’ to return. Which are not available and company hasn’t supplied. It is all a scam. Save yourself the headache and just say NO!
I ordered a hoodie from the website. The hoodie I received was nothing like the photo online. The hoodie was synthetic rather than a cool hoodie cotton. The item shipped from the US however the return address is in China. Crazy shipping cost to return. So I chose a refund of a pitiful amount (6 times less) compared to what I paid. Based on this experience, I do not recommend buying from this site.
Terrible company. Descriptions are deceptive. Items described as linen cotton blend are crummy polyester. Sizing is wildly inconsistent. Quality is very poor: mismatched threads particularly on button holes and hems. No labels inside with washing instructions, country of origin, or fabric content. Sales offers are bogus. Shipping took weeks. The return process was a nightmare. I have my doubts if the by will refund my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! It is a scam.
