damaged/wrong products delivered

3 out of 6 products are broken/wrong color/damaged. Sending them back would cost more then reordering. What a waste.

Terrible Experience

Terrible ExperienceI received the wrong item, which doesn’t match the description on the website at all. Customer service asked me to wait 15 days for them to contact their manager, but I’m still waiting for a resolution. I’m left with no money and the wrong product—feels like a scam!

In the near history joom was cheap verry cheap and also thé quality was nowher, but no it is still like the other shopping sites bol.com of wish nut ok joom is a little more expensive )1 it 2 euro max but thé Quality is just a boutique

I had ordered a jacket and the size was not ok for me . I asked Joom to allow me to return or exchange because on they’re selling condition they tell that you can return if you don t like or other reason.In fact they ask you a lot of questions, to send pictures and they propose you a discount on the item ordered .The item is too small and the discount don’t make him on The good sizeThe return policy of other companies are better and without complication

My entire order got cancelled without…

My entire order got cancelled without asking me. Also when I tried to place order again, payment kept on declining, even though I tried different card as well and support team of Joom HASN'T RESPONDED SINCE MORE THAN 12HOURS NOW and I'm not getting any reliable mail from Joom either.Edit: so apparently Joom sends you damaged, poorly packed good and when you even show them evidences after returning they simply BAN YOU and start ignoring your messages and mails and left you dumbfounded.Better to shop on Temu or AliExpress --> I don't recommend Joom

Review of all my orders in general

Ordered about 60 things now and only had problems with 3 of them. Got a partly refund for one that was ordered wrong when I asked support. So I like my experience and also a verry helpfull support
