Ammended to 3 stars. First impressions are important. I gained nothing for updating this review. Service team tried hard to help after my initial rant and I give them 5/5 for that. I stand by my decision not to use this site again but that's just me!There are more good than bad reviews.Purchased what we thought was a stray kids calander. £31. To receive 8 photocards with plastic holders only. When I queried this, I was advised we only selected the photo benefit. Yes I should have checked...but The site in this particular case was misleading and in my opinion a scam. I am not the only customer misled by this. I do not often leave bad reviews. I had thought this site seemed good, I downloaded the app, have browsed at other things. BUT no, a customer lost for them. But a heads up, they care not!
