This is a scam company they get you to buy cheaper items as discount to a nice item the cheaper items come the nice item never does. Dont use this company they run you around in circles, customer service is vague and you canβt reply to emails or reset password . DONT USE THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM. Further information, the handbag I bought with discounted items, finally arrived nearly ten days after my review. It was passable. This company has very poor business practices. If they arenβt dodgey they need to get their act together. I personally wonβt use them again.
Another gateway for Chinese poor quality products to find their way into the European landfills. Cheap poor quality things; the photos look better than the actual products. The packaging is awful and it takes at least 2 weeks to get to the UK from the mainland China. I purchased a chess set and two small bags, all are of very poor quality and damaged in the transit. When I sent them the photos of the damaged item, they only offered a 20% refund?! Do not purchase from this company if you care about your money and the planet Earth.
We ordered a window cleaning machine from Joom which failed after 2 hours of use. Following a month of emails back and forth, it has been impossible to return the unit for a refund with them requesting more than half a dozen videos of the fault. The latest reply is suggesting that they send us a replacement electronic board which WE have to install! Joom are the most unprofessional online sales company out there. We would advise anyone to avoid purchasing from them.
I ordered so often via joom since I get many kpop products that aren't available in europe anymore and most sellers are fast. Sometime it can take three months but mostly 3 to 4 weeks. I contacted the customer service of joom once to cancel an order since it took too long and they were friendly and it worked fine. So over all I'm very satisfied
Deliveries took a while definitely order a month or so before you need other than that everything was fab I had an issue with a childs coat I believe I was sent the wrong size they asked me to measure if it was different to sizes specified I would receive a full refund and I could keep the item refund was in my bank within 2 days the advisor was fab and the coat has been donated will defo order from joom again
