I ordered some perfume but the first…

I ordered some perfume but the first order didn’t add my address. I have no idea where it is now. And getting reimbursed is only possible after 30 days… Second order of the same product was delivered at a collect point, luckily was able to pick it up. I ordered some more perfumes and again the address doesn’t mention my housenumber!!! Even tho I filled it in correctly.

Very good team of helpfulmpeople willing solve any issues, if customer is trustworthy and use facts. A bit of work needed for communication but products on website are okay, and Joom keep side of customer while bad supplier try to play with bad size or something. Very good ecoerience and I wish JoomVery good business and as many happy customers as possible. Thanks !
