I received the two chairs and both…

I received the two chairs and both chairs had some scratches and small chips as well as the back cushion was completing flattening when they vacuum sealed it and didn’t expand: also one the arm/leg side is slighter lighter in color then the other arm/leg. I understand that I didn’t spend alot of but I would have hoped to have received items that were in a new looking condition. It’s my first time ordering from you and am disappointed

The end table I ordered came defective…

The end table I ordered came defective (screws didn't like up with holes). Luckily I still had the first box when the replacement arrived because the replacement came without hardware...the replacement one didn't have any other issues and I was able to use the hardware from the first order.
