I bought two rugs from Joss and Main that we are very pleased with. The whole experience with dealing with them was pleasant. They kept us informed all along the way of when they were coming and even sent an email and a phone call on the day they arrived each time, as they came separately. We got different sizes but same rug, one for dining room and one for living room. The rugs are good quality, and after a few days they started to lay flat and are cozy under our feet. We would definitely use them again.
