Review Time
After waiting over 2 weeks for my new pillows to be dispatched I just got an e-mail to say that they have now ceased trading and I have to go through my card provider to get my money back. Their website states they are opening soon. My advise is do not buy from here if/when they re-open because the chances are that is £160+ that I have now lost.
Placed an order on the 1st February for 4 pillows, despite taking the payment within seconds the pliiows still haven’t arrived. There’s no response to emails, they don’t answer the phone. Do not order from this company! The customer service is non existent!

BEWARE.Order placed - tracking number provided but days later, the courier website still showing as they haven’t received the package from Pillow World. Website down - says “opening soon”.Customer service phoneline doesn’t answer and message says Closed. No delivery date given but they sent an email around the time website went down to say order would be sent in line with original delivery date, which was never given. Looks like attempt to stall and hold off refund requests. I noticed that most the 5 star reviews aren’t people saying they’re happy with the order - but rather that they’re “looking forward to receiving their order”. Which probably never came?
