I ordered a sofa from Joss & Main and had a great experience. The quality is good, and the sofa looks exactly like the photos online. It feels sturdy and comfortable, and it fits perfectly in my living room. Overall, very happy with the purchase.
Haven’t received the product ordered. Tried ordering fabric swatches 2 times. Got a partial of the swatches the first order. The second order never delivered. Not sure if they ever even shipped. It’s been over a month. Reached out to customer service for help, they were useless. Ordered the product based on the good reviews, my fingers are crossed.
Bought this tree on sale. Came in a small box in a reasonable time. I purchased this as a gift for my husband and he loved it. The reason for 4 stars is because it’s made on the cheaper side and I would have been disappointed if I paid full price. Won’t use them until next year then I will edit my review.
