We’ve just returned from the most amazing trip with Journee — and we had no idea where we were going until we got to the airport! The surprise element made the whole experience exciting from start to finish.Our destination turned out to be Cyprus, which was absolutely perfect for us — sun, culture, great food, and plenty to explore. From ancient ruins to hidden coves, boat trips, and local tavernas, every day brought something new. Our accommodation was peaceful yet central, and everything felt thoughtfully chosen.Letting someone else handle the planning based on our preferences was such a treat — no stress, no overthinking, just pure enjoyment. Journee really delivered. Highly recommended if you want a travel experience with a twist!
We were 4 university friends wanting to celebrate our 50th birthdays by having a break together. We ended up in Porto, Portugal, and loved it! The destination was perfect! A beautiful city with lots to see and do but small enough to walk around. Weather perfect for our group. Warm enough to enjoy but not too hot for sight-seeing. The trips were fabulous. Very well-organised with all the information needed to make everything go smoothly, easily accessible in a booklet and on the app. We had an apartment in the centre of town, which was so convenient. We had a wonderful time in a city we would never have thought of visiting - but would definitely go back to! It was like finding the perfect holiday to match our interests, without having to do any of the research. Could not have found better ourselves. Thank you Journee!!
I booked our surprise trip with Journee for my dad’s 86th birthday. We had such fun trying to work out where we were heading every time a clue came through. The accommodation was perfect for us, the excursions were fascinating and appropriate for us and we had a great time.
I booked with Journee with no knowledge of them. I didn't feel like planning another vacation. They sent me to Iceland. I probably wouldn't have selected Iceland on my own, but had a wonderful trip. I would definitely book with them again. I didn't provide a lot of information because I wanted to be open to the idea of going anywhere. If you like surprises and are willing to turn over control to someone else, book with Journee!
I flew with Jet2 and it made the process very easy through security and a really comfortable flight. Hotel was absolutely amazing I loved it, very comfortable, staff friendly and gorgeous spa. Excursions were well organised and I had support from journee when my taxi to an excursion got stuck in traffic. I felt I had someone on hand if I needed. A really enjoyable holiday, tailored to my requirements without me having to scroll scroll scroll for hours trying to figure out the best deals, look at reviews for hotels, excursions, research the place I am visiting etc. It just takes all of the hassle out of trying to decide where to go and what to do. I had an amazing holiday and I am already booked to go again with Journee.

Enjoyed in an incredible week long holiday with my wife for a special birthday. Journee were extremely helpful and all of the arrangements put in place ensured a peaceful and hassle free trip. Any questions were responded to promptly and dealt with in an efficient manner. We would highly recommend and certainly consider using Journee in the future when planning future surprise excursions.
The hotel chosen was very nice and next to a Metro stop, allowing easy access to all locations in Porto.Journee did a great job setting up the tours we took, which went to areas around Porto we may not have known about on our own. Each tour was in a small van, with a maximum size of 8 people, allowing time to interact with the other tour participants and the very knowledgeable guide. The overall time in Porto was setup nicely, with tour days and off days to allow self-exploration.Overall it was a very well setup trip to a location that was not on our radar to go to.
