I’d seen reviews saying you could book it all yourself cheaper. Yes, that may be true, but you’ll never get the same experience and I think it was worth every penny. From getting the proposal to getting home, I wish I could do it all again. The customer service throughout has been amazing and I’ve created memories I’ll never forget. If you’re a solo female and thinking about it, I would say dare to be brave and enjoy the adventure.

Was recommended Journee by a colleague at work ... and so glad we tried it. It made a pleasant change not having to spend hours planning our holiday and ended up on a two city break in the South of France. The hotels were excellent and some of the excursions we did (all were excellent) we probably wouldn't have done if we'd booked separately.If you have a sense of adventure then would definitely recommend.
I have just returned from my first journee trip and I really hope it won’t be my last. Everything was perfect from where we were sent ( we loved it!) the seats on the plane were great, the transfer was simple, the accommodation was in a perfect location and absolutely immaculate with the best shower I have ever been in! The trips were well organised and very well chosen. I can’t fault journee at all. I only have one small niggle that the weather was a good 5 degrees warmer than we were told so maybe that could be a little more accurate. But it is the tiniest thing in what was a wonderful experience.
It was a great pick of destination for us given what we had told Journee in our questionnaire. The itinerary was well planned with excellent experiences tailored to our likes and a good balance of organised time and free time. It was really well organised and everything ran very smoothly. Very responsive customer service when we needed it which exceeded our expectations. I appreciate it would be cheaper to organise it yourself but the freedom of not having to think about anything or plan anything was so nice and we did things that we probably wouldn’t have arranged ourselves but we really enjoyed and were well suited to us. So we’ll worth paying for in my opinion and given you set the budget yourself in any case you know what it’s going to cost you. Definitely plan on doing it again.
We went on a Journee trip in early June 2025 and they sent us to Albania. It was incredible having everything booked for us, but especially the hotel and excursions because this part requires so much research to make sure you find reputable, clean and safe hotels and activities. Journee did this for us! Definitely make sure you are okay going on group guided activities before you book- I'm not sure of it was just the way we filled out our questionnaire but all of our activities were group. This didn't bother us at all because they were great but I just wanted to say in case this is something you don't like.Overall, I would 100% recommend this to a friend and would do a Journee trip again in the future

Just back from a wonderful Journee adventure. We have travelled fairly extensively in Europe and wanted to give our next holiday the added twist of Journee's surprise element. We loved the idea of all the planning and excursions being sorted for us and we were not disappointed.Our destination was actually one that we had never really considered and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The organisation, accommodation and trips were excellent. We met 1 other Journee couple but our itineraries were different and therefore we didn't feel that we were on a package holiday.The companies used for our trips were brilliant. Each one contacted us the eve before the trip to confirm the meeting/collection point and time etc.We had a couple of queries during our holiday and Journee responded very quickly via WhatsApp. We added an airport transfer to our proposal as we were arriving early hours of the morning, apart from that, we were very happy with the proposal. I'm sure we will book again with Journee but we're hoping Bristol airport will soon be an option.If you're not sure about trying Journee.... don't hesitate, just do it! 😁
