I recently visited jibhi with journify.
Firstly the travellers vehicle was very uncomfortable. My bag got ripped , when i complained they said it would have been ripped before the journey which was not true.
Driver behaviour was very rude and arrogant. Our trip Captain did no job, tbh he was useless the basic captain duty like introducing each other etc was also not done by him. Captain was supposed to ask among the options on our last day between kullu and tirthan which he did not ask and lied to everybody that he has asked and got votes for tirthan which was not even true.
Activities like cafe hoping in jibhi, bonfire with light music mentioned in itinerary did not happen. The stay was also different and was very far from jibhi city.
If you are planning to go with journify then just go through the review once.
My experience with the service was very disappointing. The vehicle provided was highly uncomfortable, with a persistent diesel smell inside, making it hard to breathe during the journey. We were promised accommodation at a specific hotel, but upon arrival, we were instead placed in a hotel much farther from the main area. Attempts to contact the person who made the original hotel arrangement were ignored, and even the trip coordinator failed to address the issue properly. Ultimately, we had no choice but to accept the alternative hotel. The journey was poorly organized. It took almost 17 hours to travel from one city to another, with four unnecessary stops that added to the delay and fatigue. The coordinator demonstrated a lack of planning and group management skills. Group members frequently returned late from sightseeing, causing further delays, and this poor coordination meant we could not visit all the locations planned in the itinerary. For example, although we were told to depart at 8:00 AM, we actually left around 10:00 AM, disrupting the entire day’s schedule. Due to the unsatisfactory condition of the vehicle, we did not feel safe or comfortable returning in it and had to arrange our own bus tickets for the return journey. Overall, the trip lacked professionalism, accountability, and basic comfort. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed travel experience.
My experience with Journify Trips was extremely disappointing.The tempo traveller provided was highly uncomfortable, and there was a persistent diesel smell inside the vehicle, making it difficult to breathe throughout the journey.We were clearly promised accommodation at Mountain Cliff Hotel, but upon arrival we were instead offered Hotel Peak View, which is significantly farther from Mall Road. When we tried to contact the person who had made the original hotel commitment, our calls were ignored, and even the trip coordinator failed to properly address or resolve the issue. Eventually, we were left with no option but to accept Hotel Peak View.The journey was poorly planned and managed. It took nearly 17 hours to travel from Delhi to Manali, and the vehicle made four unnecessary stops, adding to the delay and exhaustion.The coordinator, Jatin, showed a lack of planning and group management skills. Group members frequently returned late from tourist spots, causing further delays, and due to this poor coordination, we could not cover all the locations mentioned in the itinerary.For instance, although we were told that departure would be at 8:00 AM, we actually left around 10:00 AM, which disrupted the entire day’s schedule.Due to the extremely poor condition of the tempo traveller, we did not even feel safe or comfortable returning in the same vehicle and were forced to arrange our own Volvo bus tickets for the Manali to Delhi journey.Overall, the trip lacked professionalism, accountability, and basic comfort. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Journify Trips to anyone seeking a reliable and well-managed travel experience.
Terrible experience with Journify, wont recommend anyone even for free-Uncomfortable tempo traveller with strong diesel smell.-People openly smoking and drinking in the tempo throughout the route and despite continuous complaints no one stopped them. It caused serious breathing issues and uncomfortable atmosphere.- Switched hotels without consent (promised Mountain Cliff, got Peak View, far from Mall Road) and when called Adarsh who booked my trip nd hotel, he didn’t pick nd never followed up.- Coordinator Jatin lacked coordination & ignored issues.- 17-hour Delhi-Manali trip had unnecessary stops & delays.- Poor planning led to missed spots & disrupted itinerary.Wanted to give them a 0/5, switched to Zingbus for return & had a great experience.

Guys, my four friends and I had the worst experience. We went on a trip to Manali, but the destinations were not as per the itinerary. When we asked the coordinator, Asish, to take us to the listed destinations, he flatly refused. All the travellers had to argue just to visit the places we had paid for.Moreover, Asish, the coordinator of our trip, was extremely rude and unprofessional. While I was admiring the beautiful mountains from the window, he suddenly came up to me and asked if the view was better than having sex. I laughed it off, but I found his comment highly inappropriate, especially coming from someone who is uneducated.(btw i am a manager at an mnc)Asish was a real menace. He kept making vulgar remarks despite knowing there were many girls on the trip.I wanted to share my phone number to make others aware, but I can’t do that since their people might call and abuse me.
This was the worst experience ever. Literally got fully unsatisfied. I opt for Udaipur trip and my pickup point was akshardham metro station . Their trip coordinator is a novice guy and the driver was very oppressive and dominant. The coordinator and driver left 10 passengers in mid of the journey and not informed about the change in itinerary for the show. And the person who planned my trip not took my phone calls and whatsapp messages. I gave 1/5 rating to this bullshit travel agency. This was the 4th agency I have travelled with and this is the bestest💯I enjoyed at travel I enjoyed at stay,and the best part was bornfire and DJ night we enjoyed alot and food was also good and guys go for some more destinations I'll definately join you soon thanks🤍 journifytrips💯💙
