This was the worst trip of my life. We were literally praying for it to end. The entire experience was a disaster from start to finish, mainly because of the extremely immature, irresponsible, and rude 20-year-old coordinator who was sent with us. She behaved more like a gossiping teenager than a trip leader. Instead of addressing our concerns, she spent her time chatting non-stop about her colleagues and personal stories – none of which we asked to hear.From the moment we entered our rooms, we raised multiple complaints: unclean washrooms, no dustbins, no mirrors in the rooms or bathrooms – but nothing was done. She just ignored it all and continued her meaningless conversations. She kept us awake until 3AM sharing her life stories, completely disregarding our comfort.The management was equally careless. Basic needs like food were mishandled. If you were even 5–10 minutes late for breakfast, they would refuse to serve you, saying you missed it – no flexibility, no courtesy.It gets worse. The coordinator was staying in our room and had zero sense of hygiene or professionalism. She openly left her used sanitary pads on the wash basin, where we kept our facewash and toiletries – and they stayed there for days. She even used the hotel-provided towels to wipe her dirty shoes. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting behavior.To top it off, some co-passengers started misbehaving with us without any reason, and the coordinator just sat there listening to music, doing nothing. Her only real effort was badmouthing others behind their backs just to make herself look good, instead of fulfilling her responsibilities.This trip was mentally exhausting, horribly managed, and a total waste of money. I strongly urge others to avoid booking with this agency. If this is how they operate, they shouldn’t be in the business at all.
Highly bad customer service. Trip was the worst trip of my life. Their captain was very immature and unsuitable for being captain..never resolved any issue and if you say something would threaten you that will leave you with luggage there only. I think their company license should be cancelled. Nothing as per itenarary.Would never recommend to anyone
We guys are from south india and blindly depend upon this travel agency but after collecting the money in Delhi. The driver started misbehaving till the journey ended. The hotel seems abandoned (not in use). low quality food. No response from owner Aryan singh.
Planned my trip to chakrata for the first time which turned out to be a nightmare rathar then a experience.We only got to know it's a collaboration of 3 -4 travel agencies after 1 day was gone, No icebreaker session amongst fellow travelers was done by coordinator he (Jatin) only spoke nicely while collecting the money and after that it was a horrible experience uncomfortable seats Zero trip management,Upon reaching the hotel we got to know as per the Coordinator - Jatin quad sharing mean 8 people share the room and if you get bed it's fine if not "adjust karna padega" when everyone intervened he was like"mujhse bahas mat karo mujhe paise nai diye hai tum logo me , baat karlo jisse karni hai main ja ra hu sone" he is not suitable for handing any of the situation moreover he was abusive towards fellow passengers, violent ready to fight without giving any solution uninterested in trip as if he is forced to do it, 2-3 instances were there where he was literally shouting like illiterate fellow to co-passangers and others have to intervene in a very cheap road side tone. Other travel captain the lady was hardly the part of this trip.He collected money from all the passengers stating ticket amount and didn't show up at the counter saying "main nai ja raha jisko jana hai jao" and again we have to buy our own ticket,There were too many females travelling with us no empathy toward them, unbothered incase they want to use the washroom where they can go There is so much more, while coming back driver hit a car driving unprofessionally with one hand and using phone on the other which again' ruined the whole experience for which we were taken to the police station and wasted our 3-4 hours and trip captains hardly cared and no updates shared no empathy as if we don't exist and however the fellow passengers made it very nice.Good Part - B/f & Dinner was nice rooms were fine A suggestion, in travel/hospitality business your people run the business and hire them carefully smart intelligent and very important empathetic should be caring fun loving rather than people like calling themselves just captain
P for perfect. The coordinator named Jatin was a great human being and perfect travel buddy. Another supportive person Naman was more than amazing. They are the best trip planner so far. Everything comes with pro and cons however when you are with a good crew all is well. Love you guys❤️✌️
I booked my package through "pardesitours.in." They had a collaboration with "JournifyTrips," which we only found out about on the day of travel (February 7–10, 2025).The trip coordinators, Jatin and Naman, had no experience in managing a group. It felt like the company had hired two random local guys. They never communicated the meeting points or provided updates—I was always the one calling and asking for information. The scheduled departure time from Delhi was 11 PM, but the vehicle arrived three hours late. They didn’t even bother to inform us about the delay or provide any updates. Additionally, they made no effort to organize an icebreaker session for the travelers.The only good part of the trip was the hotel—it was really nice, clean, and had excellent staff.On the second day, my friend and I were slightly late due to confusion about the departure time. Instead of handling the situation professionally, both coordinators started scolding us. I suspect this was because we were women and appeared more vulnerable to them. Interestingly, when other travelers were late at different times, the coordinators didn’t say a word to them.The next day, there was a dispute over seating, and once again, the coordinators failed to manage the situation. Instead, they resorted to shouting and giving baseless arguments.Overall, it was a terrible experience solely because of the coordinators. I believe the trip would have been much better if experienced and professional coordinators had been in charge.
I recently went on a trip and overall, it was a decent experience. The highlight of the trip was the coordination by Mr. Raju, who was excellent in managing the itinerary and ensuring everything went smoothly. His professionalism and helpful attitude made the trip much more enjoyable.However, the experience was somewhat marred by the behavior of the driver. Unfortunately, the driver’s conduct did not meet expectations, which affected the overall experience. It would have been great if the driver's behavior were more professional and accommodating.Overall, while the trip had its ups and downs, Mr. Raju’s coordination made a positive impact on the journey. With improvements to the driver’s attitude, this trip could have been much more enjoyable.
