Avoid this company

Avoid this company! They don't reply to emails and won't communicate with our solicitor or estate agent. Our solicitor replied to all of the enquiries over 6 weeks ago and we are still no further with getting dates for exchange or completion. Everyong is waiting for them now but none of us can make contact with them.

My experience with this company is not…

My experience with this company is not great..,lack of communication with me and also internally causing a massive delay in the process. Still many issues not following up when the seller solicitor is not sending info back. Would I recommend NO!!! as I seem to be doing all the running around and chasing!!!!! Will be requesting a reduction in the fees considering im doing a lot of the leg work for them. Never updating the app they tell you to use its still at the very start prior to searches.

Would definitely recommend

I have used JP Goldman a few years ago and used them again recently. They are as brilliant as they were before. I can definitely recommend for conveyancing work. They worked efficiently and professionally, keeping us updated and without us ever needing to chase. They really do have their customers at the heart of what they do.

Speed and attention to detail excellent.

Found these guys through a comparison site. I had a buyer for my house and their proposed legal fees outcompeted all others. So I went to them on price. I thought I was in for a three month haul after many house sales I've engaged in have taken this long.What a surprise though...Telephone contact on first day, everything in motion by day 5, forms signed soon after and them—chasing me—to get things in order. I'd entered a cheeky, too optimistic completion time on the forms, yet there I was exchanging and completing way before that time. Money saved all round as no longer the mortgage, councils tax, bills etc to pay for the expected (protracted) duration. Brilliant and sincere thanks,
