Always fantastic service from sportsbike shop in fact the only time I've ever been disappointed with them was last year I had travelled down to Boston from Newcastle to see relatives so i called into their fantastic shop there only to find it was Tony's day off😂
First try with them yesterday, on lowest setting. Hands ok. Then I rode into a more remote area (SW Scotland here) where there was still a lot of snow on the hills and such, properly cold. Put gloves to warmest setting and it was too warm.
I love the things already. Always fitted heated grips. Never again. Gloves for the win!

Used other online shopping sites but if SBS have the product I’m looking for I’ll order with these guys as their service blows everyone out of the water.
Quickly my top pick; unbeatable fast delivery and frequent discounts from the service. I had a battery fail on the first day, ordered a replacement, and it arrived and was installed by the second day.
I strongly advise against ordering online; it's better to go to the store. I spent over £300 and took the afternoon off work, yet my items were never delivered. Given the amount spent, one would expect a trustworthy delivery service. It's frustrating because I now have to cancel plans, as I would have picked up the items myself if I had known they wouldn't arrive!
I ordered two jackets and pants along with additional apparel to make sure I found the perfect fit. Everything arrived quickly. I'm about to return one set, confident that my gear fits well. I'm very satisfied and it saved me a trip from one city to another. My only suggestion would be to consider opening a store nearby. Excellent service.
I encountered a problem with the solar panel, and the company replaced it right away. However, the product struggles to charge my bike battery during the winter months. I've kept it on the bike, but I'm losing charge daily, even though my battery is only a year old. I'm not sure if the product is faulty or if it simply can't handle charging in cold weather.
