This is my second tumbler. And when I tried to unscrew the lid, the handle broke off. I tried to do an exchanged and was told i was not eligible for a refund. When I reached out to the chat, they sent another one. However, the rep gave me the wrong tracking #. The tracking number was cancelled and it was hard to get someone to speak to. But someone finally replied and told me that the tracking number that was cancelled was for the return on my broken tumbler. I received the replacement and it is working great.
Kid ordered a cup while on my phone, emailed them within 30 minutes of the order. No response all of Friday. Gave them the weekend, emailed again on Wednesday. Commented on their posts on Facebook and Instagram, nothing. Now it’s the the day after Labor Day and I had heard radio silence, so I called them. Was on hold for 15 minutes then told to leave a message. Awful customer service.
