Review Time
I pre-ordered my item in April for July shipment. In August I reached out to customer service and was told I would get the item soon. After reaching out again I got notification the item had been shipped and then a response stating it looked like I had received the item when it had not been delivered yet; it finally came September 6. It came dented and wobbles when it's set down. I emailed customer service again and have received no response, I submitted for an exchange on the website and have gotten no information on how to exchange the item for one that is not defective. This is my first time buying from Juggy and the item is super cute but my daughter is so disappointed that she still doesn't technically have it to use.
Terrible shipping time on preorders. Poor communication about delays. Very unresponsive customer service. I ordered my cups on April 4th. They were both pre-orders expected delivery in June. I checked on the order several time over the summer and it kept saying pending. One of the cups came off preorder in July and was available for regular purchase. The other came off preorder in early August. Emailed customer service multiple times for an update and was ignored for almost a month before the products were finally shipped out at the end of August. Just received them last week a full 5 months after ordering and 2 months after projected delivery. The cups are great, but not worth the hassle. I understand that delays happen and if I had gotten a single iota of communication letting me know that there was an issue, I wouldn’t be leaving this negative review. The complete failure to attempt to communicate with customers is what has really turned my stomach about this company. Their return policy about preorders has also changed and has some very sketchy limitations in it. Be sure to fully read that before you order.
I pre ordered a cup in april, it was supposed to be shipped in july. It is now the end of august and it still hasn't been shipped. I have emailed and waited on the phone for hours to get no response from customer service. I'm extremely disappointed because I love the design of the cup and I purchased a bag so one hundred and thirty dollars gone and no product!
Well I STILL don't have my package and I've been lied to MANY times about its shipping date and in complete honesty, once I get my product that I've been waiting almost 6 months for! I will never order from this "company " again.How's that for you?
Pre-order item. PewPew back in April. Never received updates unless I emailed. Then when it was in, again following up with them, advised it would be mailed out shortly. Still have not received it as of 9/2/2025. The company refunded my shipping which seems like a joke. Maybe some day my pew pew mug will come in, but sadly I won't be ordering from them ever again.
