Review Time
I keep getting asked to leave a review, so here’s another. I still haven’t received the correct tumbler. If I could leave negative stars I would! The customer service rep I finally talked to informed me that, every time I sent an email it would push me to the end of the email list for them to answer. I was sending probably two emails a day. This company is a joke!!! I’ve made two orders and I’ve had problems both times. NEVER again will they get my money!
Literally nobody ever responds. Took over a month to get one email response and that was only because I complained like three times on their FB. Then I had an order from April finally ship at the end of August (it was a preorder) and after it shipped they cancelled it without saying why and I still haven’t heard why.
Pre ordered and when they said they have them in said they would destitute soon- 2 months later I finally emailed and asked about shipping and they said it would ship out the next month so waited and waited and nothing so finally said I’d like a refund- got the refund and then I got a email saying it was shipped uhhh
I placed an order back in April 2025 for a pre-order tumbler of a super cute Funko-Pop style Harry Potter themed tumbler that was released on 6/13/25(this happens to be my birthday), along with a cute witchy themed cross-body bag (not a pre-order item), and I was charged for the items in April when I placed the order ( approximately $95).I didn't receive any e-mail updates or tracking information so sent an e-mail to support 7/23/25 and was told I would be receiving my order the first/second week of August and an auto-mated email would be sent with tracking information. By 8/16/25 I was starting to feel frustrated with the lack of communication on when I would receive my order and like I was being scammed. So I sent an email and inquired about their cancellation policy on pre-order items not yet shipped, as I had read their Return/Refund policy but it didn't state anything about refunds on pre-ordered items that hadn't shipped; it just states that if a pre-order item ships and you get tracking info, no refund is issued. 8/28/25 I received an e-mail with tracking information on my order, only to see that it had been cancelled immediately after being issued. I e-mailed and questioned why this happened and they stated it was because I asked about their cancellation policy. I replied that I still very much want to the items but if they aren't sending the items I want a refund.At this point I have not received any further information, nor a refund, and I believe they issued the tracking information and then cancelled it immediately so they don't have to refund me. As someone who LOVES Halloween and Harry Potter, and has several HP Funko-Pops and Funko-Pop style items, I am incredibly saddened by this experience and hope nobody else has this happen to them.
