Review Time
I placed my “pre-order” for the 2nd amendment black and silver rifle tumbler on July 4th. Originally was sent in an email that it would be shipping out at the end of July… ok, no problem. July comes and goes and it’s 2nd week in August, so I email JUGGY asking about my order. I receive an email back 3 days later saying that they are still waiting for them to come in from the warehouse. So I wait, now it is end of August and still nothing. So I email them last week again, and finally I get an email back with a tracking number. So I waited over 2 months for this cup. Even after the shipping label was created it took almost another week for it to actually get shipped out. The cup itself when I finally got it is great! My husband loves its! So 5 stars for the product itself. 1 star for the ridiculous amount of time I waited for it. Especially when the original email said end of July.
The product is excellent !!!Only issue was getting the email about my review of the experience prior to receiving the actual product. Made me think it was not delivered or went to the wrong location. Just finally received on 9/8/25. A lovely product.
Item has been ordered for months. I have had to constantly touch base with Juggy to only be told that it was in process. Now I am being asked to do a review on an item that I have never received, 3 months later.Need better customer service to reach out to customers and keep them updated. Also waiting 3 months for an item is not good business.
Shipping details on the website were incorrect. I ordered the pew and it said it would be ready to ship in July. I ordered after that date as a gift. It took almost a month to even ship my items. Never even left the facility. If you’re going to use the excuse “well our shipping partners are backed up” save it. It’s not difficult to update a description on a website. I emailed customer service and never heard a word back. I also tried calling customer service, but it was outside of your ridiculous hours. We just got our cups this weekend, finally after over a month, and I’m so displeased with JUGGY and the lack of customer service or sense of urgency to respond to anything. It’s a cup, it holds liquid, so I guess in theory the product works but the company could use some help.
NEVER RECEIVED MY JUGGY WHICH WAS A PRESENT FOR MY SON, Army and police officer. Your company doesn’t care and I will tell anyone that thinks about ordering from you to NOT because your customer service absolutely sucks. Send my order that I’ve paid for.
