Review Time
The cups & the bag are gorgeous! But it took almost 3 months to get them. I understood that they were back ordered and should expect them in 1 month but nothing and no updates at all from the company until I had messaged a few times. I will order again just because the product is great but they need to improve their communication.
It took a long time to get my order of the Realtor cup and bag. I pre-ordered it at the beginning of July and expected it in August, but it arrived today, Sept 15th. It is GREAT!!! I love it! I was thinking about ordering my business partner the cup and bag now that I've seen how great they look, but I'm hoping it wont take as long to get it.
This is the second time I ordered from Juggy. They sent the wrong product. I had to send it back before they would send the correct one. The first time I ordered, I got the notice that it was being sent then weeks went by with no package. I emailed them and got no response. I called and was told there was a mix up with the products and that the correct one will be sent out. The quaulity of the tumbler is awesome. Still waiting on my tote bag. Seems they need work on their distribution process. The customer service was helpful and nice, but just seems if you order something be prepaired not to get the actual product you ordered for a couple of months or more.
