Review Time
I placed an order along with a pre order item in April, I received the regular order, however the pre order item has not yet ben received, I have been told each time I have reached out regarding the pre order that the item is with the manufacturer and the seller has no control over the manufacturing....it is now the middle of Aug and the latest information I received regarding my preorder is a USPS tracking number which when I attempted to track I got a return message shipping label has been created and USPS is awaiting item from seller....can someone say...WTF!!!! come on JUGGYUSA, just when I wanted to give praises and a great review I get hit with this....I AM A VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER...sorry but I don't see myself recommending this company to any friends and family at this point
