The shipping and delivery was very fast. Took less than a week. The quality of the tumbler is excellent. I appreciate the etched design as it will not wear down or rub off. The tumbler tote is made well and fits snugly onto my cup (no sliding up or down). Lastly, the packaging was pretty as well. I ended keeping to box it came in, too, just because it was so nice. I will definitely be ordering more in the future and recommending to people.
