They put the handle in the wrong spot causing it to block off the quote of the cup. I contacted Juggy and they informed me every cup was wrong so I couldn't get a replacement because it would be messed up too. They gave me 3 options, none of which were what I ultimately wanted. First juggy order. Scared to order again in case of lack of quality control in another print.
I love the jug a lot. It’s perfect for taking on my daily walks and is close to the amount of water I drink per day. However, it took 3 washes to get the smell of chemicals off the bottle, top, and straw from production; two hand washes and then a wash in the dish washer.
