I absolutely love my tumbler. The customer service people were as wonderful as the tumbler itself. When my order appeared to be lost in the mailing process they were quick to help me out. I have never received such great customer service anywhere as I have with this company. I will use my tumbler with pride as I know the company made it with the same feeling. Beautiful product!
Although it arrived quite a bit later than expected, I can't say enough about how great this tumbler is. Not only is it suitable for a bibliophile, it's been great for helping me meet my hydration goals. I can't wait to try it for hot drinks during the fall.
