Ordered in January followed up beginning of march and toldIt was a “preorder” yet it did not say pre-order anywhere on my receipt or on the website and that the delivery was due in April which it didn’t get here till May. Really poor communication great product.
I ordered a Juggy in January and still haven't received it. When I email the company, it said it's still processing and will ship soon. Still waiting for five months now and nothing. No product and no refund anywhere in sight.
I preordered my cup and I really love it, the design is cute and what I expected. The downside is the suction for the straw is not good. I've been using it all day and out of nowhere I just get air mixed with the liquid. I tried getting my bf to fix it after I failed and we cant get it to seal properly. I would have just ordered a new lid but those are also out of stock.
