The cup is awesome and I am glad I chose to keep waiting on it. The issue comes from the customer service side. There is very little communication aside from the first email saying an issue had occurred and it would be a couple more weeks wait which was first of January. After that came and went I reached out and heard nothing. It took 5 emails for them to let me know it was delayed once again. I chose to keep waiting, I only wanted an update so I knew what was going on. Now, for the first delay they gave me 50% off to use later and after the second delay they gave me store credit and free shipping for the cost of the cup delayed. The company did their best to make it right and I appreciate that, I just wish they kept customers in the loop a little better. Or I wish they did a better job responding to emails. Will I order again? Maybe.
