Bought a shirt as a gift for my brother and got very much excited because this is a famous brand. However, upon receiving it, it's true to size but the quality did not meet the price of the shirt. I guess we're just paying only for the brand and not the overall wearing experience. Not that worth the money.

Ive ordered a shirt but when i receive it there are stitches that isn't good, well because i think i expected better since it looked good in the photos i don't know what happened maybe. It seems this was not properly checked before shipping tho the fabric is really good i just don't like those visible stitches

Sadly I must also join the 1 star brigade. My wife loves the brand and I also have a few tops. Sadly bought some trousers using the online sizing guide I came up with XL, which as a 34 waist did surprise me. When they came the labels confirmed they were XL 38+ waist which meant they fell off me. Differed greatly from the size guide on line. I returned and reorder the correct size (by deduction and guesswork) and they arrived and are fine. My 1 star is because I have been charged for the return when it is their sizing guide that is at fault. I did email but no response. Looking at the other reviews on here I should really count myself lucky ! I wont use them again simply for this fact.

Quick delivery and easy returns, but disappointing clothing design

The delivery was relatively quick, and returns were convenient, but the design of the women's clothing is quite disappointing. Everything feels bulky and overly muscular, making me look masculine in their jackets. The sizing is off, as everything seems to be two sizes larger. The advertised windproof puffer tech jacket does not perform as expected, and the so-called extra warm pants actually cool down the legs due to the material used. Overall, it's overpriced for what it offers. I spent €70 on that puffer tech jacket, and I now regret it because of its unflattering design and excessively wide sleeves.

Poor quality of the sweater

I bought a sweater made from Merino wool for $50. After wearing it just once and washing it according to the care instructions, I discovered a hole when I tried to wear it again. The customer support team refused to process a return since it was past their 30-day policy. A manager offered me a $10 coupon, and after discussing with a supervisor, I was offered $20. I declined the coupon as I have no intention of purchasing from them again due to the quality issues.

This brand promotes itself as a leader in clean design and quality basics, but the experience can be hit or miss. The quality that was once impressive now often feels thinner and less durable. Disorganized online shopping experience

The products are decent, but the online shopping experience is poorly organized. I purchased an item as a gift and the delivery service provided minimal notice, requiring me to pass it on to the recipient. Fortunately, they were home, but I received a notification stating that delivery failed due to no one being home. It’s frustrating that they offer a more expensive door-to-door delivery option but still deliver to a drop-off point.

Disappointing product quality

I purchased a jacket for 90 euros for my daughter in January 2024. After just a few months of use, the zipper stopped working. I was shocked that the store refused to accept a return after 11 months, without even checking if it was a manufacturing issue. I had trusted the brand, but it seems the support varies by location. Now I’m left with a useless jacket, feeling like my money was wasted.

My experience was terrible. I’ve had items from the brand before, purchased in-store, but I advise against using the online service. They sent the wrong size and denied it. The returns policy is overly complicated, making it seem like they want customers to tolerate poor service. The customer support is not helpful and seems trained to discourage inquiries.
