Lots of bad reviews on here i dont get. Have played on many Jumpman Casino. Have won on a couple of sites, done exactly what is asked for ID and have had no issue's with getting paid. My only gripe is the WR of Bonus and the max win = the amount you have deposited (up to 250)
I have put 2000 into this site!!! Won £9,000 and have £5,300 in pending withdrawals!!!! They verified my account after days and days of endless problems, now rejecting my withdrawal!!! I have opened a case with resolver as I’ll be taking this further liturally left myself with nothing!!! I will update here but I will do everything in my power and more. Thought I have to write a review as was seriously spooked reading all the terrible reviews on here. I used spin hill which is part of this group. Lost a bit first time playing. Second time around won about £400 after depositing £400. I was asked for an awful lot of info for verification. First batch of info I sent over pretty much everything was rejected and I was like here we go based on all the terrible reviews. Ended up sending full bank statement in pdf, screenshots of PayPal in desktop format, card with middle 8 digits blocked out. After about 3 days in total all my docs were accepted. My withdrawal was then processed within 5 hours and funds arrived instantly into PayPal account.I feel they are extra strict with verification and certainly wouldn’t want to be withdrawing a huge win from there, but can only judge on own experience and it wasn’t really too dissimilar to experiences I’ve had with other smaller casinos.I think there are certainly better and safer casinos out there. But for anyone panicking, as long as you have the required docs and stick at it, you should get verified and paid your money.
