Once again despite the fact that on my MirrorBingo account the proof of address is showing as verified I have tried to withdraw and it is showing as awaiting proof of address which is already uploaded and verified - they have let me make 3 withdrawals recently and now this - it is merely a device so I don't withdraw any more money and gamble it away - I have emailed them and hopefully the response will be in the affirmative

This company asked for verification of which I provided they then blocked me from logging into my account, then told me I had access to it, which I didn't, I told then to manually refund the winnings which took them numerous attempts and false promises made to me, the customer service is appalling, I then asked them to close my account due to the appalling customer service I received and as yet still not closed no reply to my request they are cowboys and don't deserve your money stay away from them
All that you read about this company is true, if you win its nigh on impossible to withdraw your funds, they create one hurdle after it can take 2-3 days to get a response which likely is just a cut and paste job.
