hi i think this company is awful the way ive been treated they never answer emails ive been playing since 2001 and had nothing but trouble i have spent lots on there sites but was never able to withdraw my winnings also they will not except my proof just awkard if i could take them to court i would this company has made my health bad this should not happen to people
This site was good to me when I won a small but I deposited off my hubands card and I won 2000 . I had to send them along of information witch I did to what there asking for . Then the cheeky sods have now taken my 2000 away from me and refunded me 20 pound of what I put on because they said I could not sDeposit from.another card even though they has all the proof that we are together . So I am.now going to traiding standards gambling commissioner and also I am in touch with a solicitor. My argument is if you can't deposit off another card then they should not allow it in first place . This is there way of doing you over ....STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS SIGHT TRUST ME THEY JUDT ROB YOU

To register is simple,within minutes depositing funds and playing slots.The issues start when you wish to withdraw funds, they asked for ID verification,even though I had deposited hundreds by then,fair enough evidence was provided,all rejected no reason given, I provided the same documents on three different occasions,then all of a sudden all accepted, the funds were then paid into my account four days later.Please note whilst you have a pending withdrawal,they take away the withdraw function hence you cannot withdraw any more funds until they have cleared the pending funds,which is unfair as I wanted to withdraw more funds ,ended up spending them instead as the withdraw function had been removed,they charge a withdrawal fee.there is no live chat or any phone numbers, only means of contact is email,and all depends on whenever they respond.My conclusion they have a good selection of slots,however this is purely a profit making exercise, controlling what and when you withdraw, removing withdraw function,charging a fee,and no immediate contact except email. Customers who join this site must read the reviews,it's only a matter of time before big Thunder Slots is shut down.

Been playing Amazon Slots for some time now, recently won a nice bit of money. After sending numerous bills, proof of address proof of PayPal, picture ID still no funds after a month. Today I got an email saying they were worried about the amount I have gambled! They have requested 3 payslips and want to know what I've got in my bank. DOWN RIGHT CRIMINAL SCAM SCAM SCAM How can this illegal gambling site be allowed to continue stealing people's money I came across this website by chance and tried it out I used my phone to deposit £20 and I won around £100 I realise that most gambling sites want you to verify your account FUNNY you don't need to deposit 🤔 so any way I sent all the correct documents and I made sure everything was correct with their standards which is just designed the way they are because let's face it the are hoping that you don't have the right documents to do so, as you probably guessed i never received any of my winnings these guys are CRIMINAL and believe me it got worse I logged in to my account to check the verification process but by some miracle I had deposited £30 which is hilarious because when I emailed to be refunded the £30 back they told me I can't get the money back because I havent verified my account. How can these people get away with such thefts, I really wish I'd checked the reviews for this site first after reading I can see I'm not the only person to be robbed this way. Brilliant games selection but painful verification process. I started playing at Kong casino, one of jumpman gaming sites in December 2022. Had a few wins but every time to withdraw funds the verification goalpost changes to an extra document. Also they can alter the withdrawal tab and hide it. So say you won money and now want to withdraw you will not see this tab until they choose to let you see. I have successfully withdrawn funds and every time I had to write to the supposed team to enable my withdrawals. They are happy to take your money but are not happy when you win and hence create their own rules for verification. Note: this group was fined by the gambling commission for money laundering activities last year. After realising that i am up in winnings I decided to close my account and wanted to withdraw the remaining balance of £200 - it been going back and forth for 4 weeks. So I decided to close my account and according to the gambling commission I should be able to withdraw my balance or they should send me the funds automatically as account is closed but still nothing.So please stay away from all these jumpman sites.
