I went to just cuts Manukau. And it is worst experience of customer services and hair cut there The lady left the job of cutting my hair in between and kept on attending other one for 40 minutes At the end of cutting, when I asked to see my hair with mirror , the hair Dresser started saying..Oh my god...she/ he was excessively rude. Also they deducted money and when I asked for my receipt, they said they would send it through mail...and got really angry upon asking for my receipt..Never go there . They really need a customer service learning.
Fantastic service today. My first visit to the new Just Cuts salon in Kwinana. Despite the special offer of discounted cuts, the wait time was less than 15 minutes. I was pleased with the introduction and consultation with my stylist Tia. She understood what I wanted and delivered! Wow! Absolutely delighted with the style cut thanks 😊

Went to Richmond (Nelson) with 4 kids and had the worst cuts ever. The lady who did mine, and one of my stepdaughters, screwed them both up, even after looking at photos of what we wanted. She didn't know what she was doing and had to stop and let someone else "fix' mine for me. Won't ever go there again, and definitely don't recommend it.
