Review Time
Although I had a little wait, it was very much worth it. My stylist Grace apologized and made me feel welcome right from the start. After a conversation about the mammoth talk of how to make me look presentable Grace went about her work. During my cut it become very apparently that Grace genuinely enjoyed what she did and enjoyed listening to me dribble on about my day. After letting me take a some photos of my hair at some ugly stages to post on my facebook page for my mates to laugh at she brushed of the mess and lead me to the counter. I left feeling very happy with haircut and also happy about how mt Friday finished. I would like to thank Grace and recommend her services to anyone. Nga mini Keryn from Sandringham.

This was the most distressed that I had seen my niece re hair. She received the most awful trim there and when she asked the hairdresser about her hair being uneven, the hairdresser made excuses about her parting being on the ‘side’ when it was very obvious that the parting was in the middle. She took her mum over and told the hairdresser that she was very unsatisfied and showed her hair to ask how that was even, the hairdressers colleague told her to leave and that he will not have her ‘slandering’ and the ‘bullshit’ because there were some other customers waiting for a cut. She asked for a receipt which she was also not given Let me just ask, when and where was my niece supposed to complain, and how is it legal for businesses to deny receipt to customers. I would never recommend a place with the above attitude. If I could give negative stars, I would be giving that but unfortunately we have to do at least 1 star to be able to warn people. If you value your hair don’t use this until it gets called to account.

I went to just cuts Manukau. And it is worst experience of customer services and hair cut there The lady left the job of cutting my hair in between and kept on attending other one for 40 minutes At the end of cutting, when I asked to see my hair with mirror , the hair Dresser started saying..Oh my god...she/ he was excessively rude. Also they deducted money and when I asked for my receipt, they said they would send it through mail...and got really angry upon asking for my receipt..Never go there . They really need a customer service learning.
