Review Time
The last time that I had a haircut at the one in the Richmond Mall in Richmond New Zealand, they ruined my hair. I wanted to cry. I explained how I wanted it done but they obviously didn't listen or care. It was awful. I used to have such good results there, but none of the stylist I liked are there anymore, they have new ones and in my opinion, they're awful, I don't know how they stay in business. I have gone back to a shop that I used to go to, it's more expensive but well worth it. I was telling her what happened and she said that place is TERRIBLE, she hasn't seen one good cut from there yet. She said she had a client earlier that went there, they ruined his hair, so he came to her right away, she said it twas an absolute mess. She said my hair will take probably a few cuts to start getting it the way I used to wear it, she said they really butchered it. Please, if you want a good cut, DO NOT GO THERE, you won't be happy.
Went to Lakeside. All staff very friendly. Short wait and had a lovely, perfect cut from Tracy, who is such a wonderful person, very professional. Knows haircut styles very well and advises on hair care. Came back very happy and satisfied and good value for money.

erm what the sigma did they just give me i asked for a skullet with a rats tail and the gave me a fcked upp low taper fade, then when i got home my mum and dad told me that i was adopted. then the next day when i went to school my teacher said to go into a alley then i got raped by little three year olds who said my haircut was delicious.FCK OFF rapest

After I spoke to Tamara she arranged for me to see Wipa at arndale to address my concerns I went this morning and Wipa addressed the haircut I was very unhappy with.. Wipa took time and explained to me what she needed to do to rectify and make me happy.I am pleased I rang Tamara and happy with the result. I will be comfortable to go back to Just Cuts ..Thank you Tamara and WipaChris
