Online booking was easy, hairdresser was lovely, cut was great. But OMG so over priced! 13 year old girl earlier this year cost $45 for wash cut and blow wave, same person, same age range, same hair. Today same thing cost me $122! I was shocked it is half of what I paid at a luxury salon, 2.5 hours including a color. $32 to cut hair and $90 to wash and blowwave, 30 minute visit. Worst hair salon. I paid £15 to get my 5 year old daughter's hair cut at the Lakeside branch, however they have literally butchered my poor girl's hair. On 22nd July, a male hairdresser cut my daughter's hair, it was very noticeable left side was cut shorter than the right. I asked a couple of times if he was sure the hair cut was alright, he said it was straight. I came home and Iiterally every person I showed my daughter's hair to said her hair was not straight and looks like someone amateur cut her hair. I contacted the branch and explained the issue to give them another chance to rectify it, spoke to manager Holly, who asked me to go back so they can correct it. I explained it's very difficult for me to go all the way to Lakeside with my two other kids who are both under 2, however I will go in again and let them fix her hair. So I took my daughter back again on 5th August, the manager seemed nice but she has done an even worse job by giving her a jaggered hair cut, it looks like a kid had cut her hair. I'm in absolute shock as to how a professional hair dressers can do this. My daughter was so well behaved whilst getting her hair cut. I stood next to my daughter to make sure she didn't move her head. It's unbelievable what they have done to my daughter's hair. I paid £15 and took two trips to the Lakeside branch to get this awful hair cut. I could have cut it better myself. Please someone get back to me, I need my daughter's hair cut again and need the money back to go to a proper hair salon.

I went to a just cuts after my usual hairdresser was sick and asked if anyone could do a razor cut, they said yes and I said ok that's great. the lady who cut my hair was nice enough but it only took her 10 mins to cut my hair which should have been a red flag there and then. I left with my hair damp as I did not want pay extra on top of the Senior price which is now $38 and did not see my hair dry until I blow dried it at home. I was shocked at the way my hair looked, a bad cut for sure. I have contacted Just cuts twice now but have not had a reply. Definitely bad customer service and I certainly will not be going back there ever again. Unhappy customer.

I popped into the midland branch and got in straight away with the lovely Jonelle. She listened to what I was looking for and more than delivered. My hair feels so soft.. I love it!. I ended up buying smooth & groom leave in conditioner, which J alsi recommend. It does what it says and smells fantastic (fruity).She made me feel relaxed, being down to earth and gave great advice. I’ll definitely go back to see her.
