Review Time
I did not have a very satisfactory hair cut today. I am a regular customer of Just cuts, I requested for a layered haircut but the end result was not very satisfying 🙁. I wont be using Just cuts anymore , hir dresser hardly spend 30 mins to do a really fast cut on front and small tail bit on back, she did a quick wash and charged 64$, I was expecting more elaborate cut similar to my previous experience there.
New Lynn Just cuts is where i got my haircut today it is the worst ugliest horrible haircut i have ever received it looks like a bob mullet if that even a thing and if it wasn't it is now I literally cried seeing this haircut I said I wanted a trim and she took off 15cm to 20cm and my hair is slow growing so I will have this hideous haircut for a long time. I have no idea how this business is still open. I want a refund

This is the third time this has happened to me. I looked on the app today before I left to drive to Indooroopilly to get hair cut. Website says closes at 5:30pm. App says wait time is 0-5 minutes so I don't book in as I can't be there in 5 minutes. I drive the 20 minutes to Indooroopilly Shopping centre but when I try and book into the app at 4:31 it won't allow me to check in. I call the shop and they say they won't let me in because they have a waitlist. System doesn't work and not worth putting up with inconvenience as not as good value as it used to be.

I just got a hair cut from Benita in the Hobart city store (Cat & Fiddle Arcade) & she was fabulous. She was a great cutter & enjoyed doing my cut which was a little different. She was fast as I was a little short for time & good company & I'll be going to see her again.
