I asked for a very small trim, less than 1.5cm and came away with 3.5 inches off. It’s so disappointing when the hairdresser doesn’t listen to what you have asked and has no idea that they have caused so much anxiety and anger. As a hairdresser you need to honour what the clients asks for otherwise they are very dissatisfied and your service is really bad.

Just Cuts Warringah MallFeel like I need to hide until my hair grows again and I can get it trimmed by someone else so it is evenly cut. Should have trusted my instinct. Shop had just opened on a Friday. Both hairdressers were scruffy in appearance, especially their hair. I wanted a trim. I received quite a hair cut (not a trim) that is crooked and embarrassing. Maybe they need to know that a trim doesn’t look a lot different but takes some bulk out and tidies the overall look. Very annoyed. Perhaps staff training or a hard discussion with staff about whether they are in the right job because little interest in the cut and overall look. Blind Freddy could see it was crap.

Due to frustration from my haircut on the opposite shop of Justcuts I take the opportunity to fix by someone else and I didn’t make a mistake, Ivy is one of a kind. She knows what she’s doing very detailed and experienced hairdresser.She is highly recommended not only that my husband also do his men cuts and his so happy, thank you very much Ivy. You made our weekend blissful.
