Review Time
My dad and I both had a hair cut done by different hair stylist at Justcuts Melbourne Central. Overall an unpleasant experience. Whilst the cut was ok, a few things they can def improve on. My stylist appeared to be a Vietnamese, very rough and not thourough. I got her elbow banged against my head several times before and during the cutting process, without any apologies. My hair near the neck was still full of conditioner. When i asked her if she would wash my hair again after the cut she said no. I pointed out she did not rinse my hair properly. She blamed they were using a new brand of conditioner which was thicker in consistency. But that’s not an excuse not to check if the hair was properly rinsed. She also stepped on my feet twice too. My dad’s shirt was soaking wet after the hair wash. Definitely not wanting them to cut our hair again. There was a guy with glasses who spoke Canto and another lady with dyed hair who seem to deliver a better service. Will still go to Justcuts as not all hairdressers offer poor customer service.

Went to Just Cuts at Majura in Canberra and I had just washed my hair and was about to style and thought no I will pop down to Just Cuts for a cut and blow dry and was charged $70. This is $20 above what I have been charged for a wash, cut and blow dry. I am a pensioner being ripped off by Just Cuts. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth and I will now spend my time telling people not to go there. This is bad for all Just Cuts.Very disappointed.
