5 star product, price, and service!

I have ordered dozens of times over the course of the last 6-7 years and have always been absolutely satisfied with the product, the price, and the service. On 2 occasions I needed to return / exchange items and those transactions were handled perfectly well. Most recently picked up some shoes and once again, perfect transaction.

Bought a Northern Spirt golf bag and it does not perform as promised. If you have tall clubs IT WILL NOT WORK! Just Golf Stuff does not stand behind their products

Poor customer service, horrible shipping policies

Customer service wouldn't respond until I mentioned a credit card chargeback, responded within 5 minutes. Also, I live 2 minutes outside of Sudbury on the Trans Canada Highway. Apparently this is too far for them to ship, despite all sorts of deliveries are made on my street daily, and they'll ship to a relative in the same city who lives 20 minutes further away from the delivery companies' distribution centres. Got this order shipped to Ottawa instead, waiting for a visit to get it dropped off. Wouldn't even listen to an explanation. (This was a previous experience, but combining the two is what finally made me want to write a review. They don't care once they have your money)Oh! Forgot about trying to order. They had a 3 for $60 golf shirt deal. Two of us ordered together. Added 6, and suddenly couldn't get the deal. Also offered 2 for $70 long sleeves, but no possible way to add it to your cart, even when you CHOOSE to buy two, and would put them in full price. So we had to split into two orders, and split the 2 for $70 across 2 orders, paying the full $50, because then I wouldn't have spent enough for free shipping. Fly by night.Got 2 stars because the deals ARE good. Just a headache to finally get them.

Never Had an Issue

I have never had an issue ordering from this site and I have about a dozen total orders. I've ordered clubs, apparel and accessories. I am a particular fan of the Levelwear polos. These are quite nice shirts, fit nicely and are comfortable. They are not cotton, but I don't want to wear cotton in warmer weather, so these are perfect for all but the cooler days. And best of all, these are frequently on sale and can be purchased for as little as $20 per. I hesitate to give a 5 star review because as I said, I've never had a problem and I've heard that if there is a problem, it's a headache to resolve it and often there is no resolution. The shipping is also not the quickest of the golf sites I use most often. Golfvault for instance has very fast shipping.

Stay Away

Ordered a Lazrus 7 hybrid golf club. When I hit the ball it sounds like I am hitting with a tin can. This is a used club and I was aware of that but club is supposed to be playable. Not so. No returns. Lesson learned.

Horrible company

Horrible company that tries every lie in the book to scam you. Shipping would be faster if I would have walked across the province to pick it up and oh by the way I'm still waiting! They tried to scam me out of 50 bucks extra for shipping and shipped it through the most horrendous shipping service Sendle that subs out to an even worse courier company and no one seems to know where packages are...but the are awesome at making up lies and excuses. Save your money and frustration...if it's too good to be true then it probably is. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
