Slow shipping, idiotic company policies. I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago that still has not been shipped. I contacted customer service after 1 week who said that it would be shipped the next business day. When that didn't happen, they said within the week. Nope. They refuse to refund me because they already created a shipping label (even though my order is still sitting in their warehouse). I am increasingly convinced it's never going to ship and I will have to dispute the charge with my bank. Don't waste your time or $.UPDATE: Was refunded within 5 min of disputing the charge with Sezzle. Clearly the “unable to provide a refund” argument was more about not wanting to lose the sale and not because it couldn’t be done. Sketchy company.
I ordered golf balls at a good price from them on 19 December, I realized it was around the holidays so I figured it would be a little slow. 9 days later I received an email saying the shipping label had been created, 9 days to create a shipping label but I figured “ok my item is on its way”. On Monday 29 December I call customer service and am guaranteed that my item will ship that day and will get expedited shipping. The following Monday of 6 January I call again because the shipping information has still not changed, at this point the customer service agent tells me they are just going to cancel my order and refund my money because it is snowing and blames FedEx. I then called FedEx and they tell me that this company is responsible for getting the item to them. Whoever is responsible is really a moot point considering I’m getting a refund so on the day I ordered the exact same balls from Golfballs.com at a comparable price. The balls from Golfballs.com got to me in less than a week. I then called this company to ask about my refund and what is the hold up and they said they had sent it in and it would take a few more days. Oddly enough on 17 January I receive an email for this company saying the balls will be here on that day. I called the company once again to ask why I hadn’t received my refund and to ensure the order was cancelled and was told that I couldn’t cancel an order once a shipping label was created. I really don’t believe that the customer service agents know the policies for this company. Well today has been 1 month and I received a text and email today saying the balls were delivered. Not sure where they were sent but it wasn’t to my address, so once again I’ll have to waste my time trying to call their customer service. Just writing this to let you know the absolute truth. It’s nothing personal but I will never order from this company again and I will do everything I can to ensure the 200 members of my golf club know not to waste their time with this company.
I ordered Nike golf polos on sale, saw the pics and ordered the sizes I needed as a gift for someone. The polos came back with random logos on them that weren’t advertised on the pictures. Apparently in the description, which was a drop down expandable part of the website that I did not read it said that the polos were leftovers from printing they did for golf tournaments. It was a final sale and the company did not return them. The advertising was misleading and clear representation of the product should have been given. First and last time shopping there.
I only gave a star cause I no other choice I purchased three shirts. On the pictures they were plain nike dry fit shirts like I wanted. I received them close to a month later. They also had logos from another customer. I talked to customer service and they wanted to charge me to correct it so I just trashed the shirts.
Placed an order and then placed a duplicate order for the same club to take advantage of a discount code I missed. Tried to cancel one through their "customer service" within minutes of placing the second order and was told one would be cancelled. Perfect. Monitored the situation over the next few days and then it appeared that both orders had been shipped despite my request and being told it would get done. Then waited several weeks to receive my stuff because they used some discount carrier I've ever heard of before. Figured, ok, I'll just return one club now when I get both as their return policy seemed reasonable enough...no big deal. When I finally did get my package, it was slightly open and one club was missing entirely and the other was the wrong club that I ordered and it was broken in half. Since I am not the sender, I cannot initiate an insurance claim through the carrier. I emailed them multiple times for direction at that point just to get completely ignored/ghosted. No phone number anywhere either so I couldn't call anyone. I had to go though the credit card company to initiate a chargeback, which is currently pending. I hope, for their sake that I get my money back because if I don't, I will go to their warehouse myself, about 30 mins away, to demand it back. Would never buy from the again, in my 25 years of online shopping this is among the worst experiences I have ever had.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!I ordered a pair of 10 Wide golf shoes. They were delivered and did not fit. I own 10 pairs of 10 Wide golf shoes, these shoes weren't even close. I felt like "Miss Piggy" trying to shoehorn them on my feet.I asked them to send me a shipping label so I could return them. NO SUCH LUCK !! I had to pay for the shipping because they were not "defective" When I finally received the credit, they short changed me another $10.50. I had to correspond with them again to get the credit. Certainly not worth the effort. Ordered 11/26/24, finally resolved to my unsatisfaction on 1/6/2025. Don't buy anything that has a size or you will be wanting to commit "harry carry"
Ordered a driver. Shipping was slow, the box was banged up and there was nothing inside the box to protect the club other than the headcover. Driver did survive.Price of driver subsequently dropped, and I messaged them several times to see if they would price protect or if they expected me to return the driver and reorder.No response at all. I think they are probably an OK place to buy golf equipment from but if there is an issue good luck in getting it resolved. Customer service rates a zero.
The store has everything there. Bought a golf cart. And replaced a part for it several golf shoes shoes. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Also make you welcome. The young lady there Bailey was a Jem. I was looking for golf help and she suggested me to the pro Kevin at Sawmill golf club. Turned out fantastic. I have to say Bailey is an asset to the store and you are fortunate to have her. Please look after her. Sincerely Ron
