I absolutely adore my new “Just Love Skulls” handbag! From the moment I saw it, I knew it was the perfect blend of edgy style and everyday functionality. Placed an order on Jan 4,2025. Tried calling (all calls are directed to voicemail) tried emailing still no response. On Jan 13 advised them to cancel order. Surprise they still have my money and I still have nothing! Follow-up they finally contacted me and assured me my order would be delivered the following day. Surprise that didn’t happen. What did happen was an offer to entice me to remove my review! Finally I ask for the shipping confirmation and found it wasn’t from my original order but it was from AMAZON. They lied about the original shipping it had not been shipped. When I received the order from AMAZON I was not happy with Sugar Skull ornaments. They were miniatures and of poor quality. They offered to send a free gift if I removed my review. I declined the offer. My experience with JustLoveSkulls was horrible.
I ordered 7 items on September 25th and paid for expedited shipping. I've only received 5 of the items on December 8th. We've exchanged emails over 30 times and all I get are excuses. They keep saying it's shipped and in transit, but can't provide a shipping number.
So my boyfriend had bought me these lovely sneakers for a birthday gift for me. They didn’t arrive when they were supposed to. They were a week late!! So I reached out to customer service and they got back to me quite quickly and told me that they would be arriving in a few days (which they did) my boyfriend did end up paying $12 EXTRA for DHL ? …AFTER he already bought them… but I did receive them and they are beautiful and nicely made great quality and would order again!!!
I ordered these jeans and I have a receipt but they refused to honor my purchase? If I were you I would not purchase an item from them. I am so saddened and discouraged and frankly disgusted that during this economy a company would steal from a customer. I can’t review the jeans because I NEVER received them nor was I compensated. If you google these, you can find them online for $48.00 rather then the $75.00 they offer them for! Good luck.
