Once Sam found us a mortgage, Ruby kept an eye on it for us and found a better rate for us. We have full confidence in the guys at Just Mortgages Exeter.
Absolutely shocking experience, please avoid to use this company at any cost. Broker name Adam Faulkner is absolutely careless, unprofessional, dishonest individual. Wasted 4 month of my life and money, didn’t reply to my emails for weeks, messed up my credit score and when I have expressed my unhappiness with his service he told me to go to a different broker. No single word of apology, charged me for evaluation fee 450£ and didn’t provide any evidence that the evaluation was done. Absolutely terrible service
