As a first time buyer, this experience was beyond my expectations. Lorna Esson was incredibly helpful, explaining the process to me from beginning to end and what I can expect throughout whilst answering any questions I had. Her communication was excellent and always kept me in the loop with any updates. What stood out for me most was I genuinely felt that my best interests in mind even going the extra mile to ensure she secured me the best mortgage offer which was very reassuring especially when the process can already feel overwhelming. To summarise this experience in a few words, quality, care, efficient and professional.I am looking forward to and feel confident using her services going forward. Couldn’t recommend more!
Bridie Evans has honestly gone above and beyond for us these past few months. I do not know where we would have been without her. She has been fast with responses and sorted issues out with other companies, chased loads up for us and updated us throughout. Cannot recommend her enough!!
Absolutely shocking service clearly only in it for the highest commission possible they can make off you total disregard for getting you the Best deal available!! We had the unlucky services of joe robson 6.00% mortgage rate then the highest income protection and life insurance on the planet at over £250pm again only interested in commission!!!
I had an appointment with Richard to remortgage, initially everything went to plan the meeting was booked, had my meeting and was told he would be in touch to provide me with the offers. I waited and waited he never got back to me, i called and emailed and no response. This has meant i have now had to sort everything my self with weeks to spare and having to pay to get another valuation done as mine has now expired!
