When I need seeds

When I need seeds, JustSeed is my first port of call because they have a huge range of products. There aren't many seeds they don't have or can't get for you. Delivery times can vary but are usually within 3-4 days. Why go anywhere else?

Unresponsive customer care

Item was delivered damaged - Justseeds cannot be held responsible for the couriers (DPD) breaking the item but they are responsible for the failure to even respond to a complaint or to attempt to rectify the problem. Just total silence.The reply below from justseeds was made only after their failures were made public and the reply is a smokescreen. They simply introduce further procrastination by asking for more details which when provided is ignored. I have had to instigate a credit chargeback in an attempt to resolve the issue.

Successful every time

I have bought seed from Just Seed on several occasions. I've had success with every one but none more so that three packets of aquilegia seeds bought this spring. I have found that aquilegias are quite tricky to germinate in the past, but from three packets of ten seeds I now have twenty seven healthy plants. Fantastic!
