If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE; YOU WON'T GET YOUR ORDER! I had to deal with my bank to resolve this issue, and the support team doesn't respond to emails. They also provide misleading tracking information. It's a complete scam. I regret not checking the reviews before making my purchase.

Disappointed with lucky bag order

I ordered a lucky bag after seeing a well-known influencer showcase theirs, which featured a variety of attractive items. However, my order contained the most unattractive joggers ever! They fit very small, making them unwearable for lounging, and they aren’t even on the company’s website. What a complete waste.

Never received items and no replies

I ordered leggings on November 1st, was informed they were dispatched, but nothing arrived. Later, I was told they were on pre-order, which was not mentioned at the time of ordering. My follow-up messages were ignored, and still no leggings by December 3rd. The order status shows fulfilled online. I have now disputed the charge with my bank and won’t order again.

Stay away from lucky bags, not what was promised

I ordered a lucky bag after seeing an influencer showcase theirs, which had a nice selection of items. When mine arrived, I received the least appealing joggers imaginable! They fit poorly, making them unwearable, and they aren’t even listed on the company’s site. A complete waste.

Poor service and company

I received items that were not suitable, and despite emailing three times for a return label, I received no reply. I will be contacting the financial services authority and will not use this company again. Why not include return labels in the package if responding to emails is so challenging? AVOID.

Terrible quality clothes received

Received poor quality clothes, with two pairs of trousers that were both too short. The service also stated that they don’t offer refunds for the low-priced items. The quality is worse than what you would find at a local market.
