I loved the swimsuits but the tops I ordered were too small. Customer Service was timely and kept in touch letting me know what my options were and I replaced my items with ones that fit me. I will most definitely order from them again. I told customer service that I wish all online experiences could be as wonderful as this company was!!! The quality and price for these suits was outstanding!
I ordered 5 suits in size XS tops, small bottoms. Order took about 8 days from time placed til delivery at my door. All suits are well crafted and made of super soft, quality material. I even ordered a mystery bag and I am happy with that as well. Definitely recommend, positive experience. Will order again.
I ordered 2 bathing suits, the first was large bottom & medium top. The 2nd was the same size top & bottom. I needed to exchange the medium on the first swimsuit. The 2nd product was too small and needed to do a complete return on that one. By which in no way was this Kamoni fault. Not do they have great customer service, but they asked I keep the order to donate, and they would ship the exchange and the new product I picked out!!! Great Customer Service!!
I bought a bathing suit from you guys. It ended up being too big. I have tried to contact you several times through email submitting several tickets and calling your 188 number. No one has gotten in contact with me. It’s been a week I already re-ordered another one And a different size but I wanna know why I’m not getting back in contact with to do a return. This is not professional or business like at all and I’m gonna keep posting these every hour until someone gets back in touch with me.
