Ordered 5 bikini 3 didnt fit so messaged them there customer service was fabulous efficient and told me keep them and they sent me 3 more free of charge they it didnt cost me any more money and no return charges great bikinis just wish i ordered different size in one but that was my mistake judging the sizing def order agsin tho
Ordered 3 swim suits, great material, the tops were to big, and they exchanged them no problem and super fast. I really liked the suits so I went thru the exchange process, everything was super easy and the team was fast at responding and getting my order out . Great products at good prices! I love my bikinis so much: the quality is good, they fit well, have awesome colors and shapes. Swimsuits arrived and look exactly as pictured. Good quality and beautiful colors. The sizing of the swimsuit tops is small so I contacted them for an exchange. Customer service has been excellent. They are going to ship out new product and I am hoping it arrives in time for my vacation.
Even though the product I have ordered doesn’t fit (as it is on a smaller side) I have been treated by a customer service team with the 5* service.
