I read a review here that Kamoni is hard to contact. Well, in my experience I have never seen a company so responsive and attentive to their clients. I was offered a free "mystery box" product and was given 10% off my next purchase. You can return swimwear even if you do not like it, whereas in some cases if you buy online from other sellers the swimwear is not a returnable item. The items here are well made and the color and pattern choices are plentiful. I will definitely be back to purchase more items!
Great material bathing suits. Great quality in each suit. I bought 4 over the last year. I had to return one bc it didn't fit well and instead they let me keep it and sent me a new one with only having to pay shipping. This was a 40$ suit for 9.99. I had a top issue and they sent the correct top size for FREE. excellent customer service as well as product. I'll definitely buy more in the future
I have ordered 2 bikinis and a throw over on 30 June and no confirmation of order.I have emailed 5 times with order no asking for an acknowledgement of order with no reply whatever.There was money deducted from my PayPal on the same date of order.Please acknowledge this review and confirm my order or refund me.It is shocking customer service.
I loved the swimsuits but the tops I ordered were too small. Customer Service was timely and kept in touch letting me know what my options were and I replaced my items with ones that fit me. I will most definitely order from them again. I told customer service that I wish all online experiences could be as wonderful as this company was!!! The quality and price for these suits was outstanding!
