I ordered in plenty of time from trial to vacay and the Small bottoms and Large tops I ordered are too small. I ordered in part because of the 30 day return/exchange policy HOWEVER they are NOT standing behind this whatsoever. I have sent countless emails all to get the same run around message that I would have to pay for shipping and I say that's fine give me the return info and NOTHING I feel like I was scammed out of$100

My rather large order of bikinis was sent out promptly but as no items fitted I wished to return the order so I could re order in next sizes up.I have had a few replies from Customer services by email but none have ever sent the actual way to return items. A very poor show for 6 weeks of me sending endless emails requesting the 'How to return items.'I am so angry as I can see Im going to miss the returns deadline and not get my creditSuch poor service. Sad as the bikinis are lovely but I shall not be re ordering at this time.
I bought three bikinis from them and when they arrived I realised they sent me the wrong sizes. They are refusing to refund me, saying it will cost me too much to return because I am in the UK and only offering me $15 dollar refund even though the two bikinis are worth over $70. I am happy to send them back in unused condition but they won’t even give me an address to return!
Be careful. If your suits work - this company is great. Swimsuits are hit or miss. There is no customer service. Try calling the 1-800 #, it's dead. If you need to return a faulty swimsuit (the white wire was showing through the swimsuit top) then it will take weeks of back and forth through e-mail. After that, they will send you an address in California for returns and you have to eat the cost of shipping. Be prepared to addd stress to your life.
Ordered a pair of bikinis - the same set as a year or so ago as these had stretched from over-use...First time around - excellent customer service - top was too big - I was offered to keep them for a discount and thought I would alter that and order a smaller size top. Great and efficient. Fast forward a year and half later - I ordered the same style and size only to notice that half the material was gone... I couldn't fit into the top it was so much smaller and the bottoms were almost like g-string... I have emailed 3 times in over a week asking for a refund via the ticked option as specified and via email address and heard nothing. 30 day returns? It's almost been a week and nothing.
I have bought several bikinis which have arrived. They are good quality and fit lovely, but when it comes down to returning the ones that aren't wanted, it's an absolute nightmare. Have raised several tickets on their website for a return and emailed CS several times and noone is contacting me with the return process address. I will not be using this company again and I advise you to think carefully before using it.
