I had to return a bathing suit for a different size and the customer service was excellent! They were very fast to exchange and deliver. They even let me keep the old bathing suit and sent me a new one for practically free, I just paid the shipping (only $10.00 Canadian). The quality of the suits were fantastic and I would recommend this company.
Ordered £180 worth of bikini’s in my normal size, which did not fit, and was later than expected for delivery. On website it shows “easy returns”. When asking for returns address their reply was- “Since our return address is in the United States, the return fee is very high. In addition, there is a high probability that there will be problems with customs clearance and this part of the cost will have to be borne by you.” — posting the items off today and concerned at how much this return will cost me in the end. NOT EASY RETURNS, 0/10, DO NOT PURCHASE IN THE UK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great experience. Easy to deal with and super happy with what got delivered ! Order took about a week , which I was expecting due to being Christmas when ordered. Bikinis are great quality, fit well and look super pretty on ! . Really happy, would 110% order from this company again Thank you
Beautiful quality swimwear & outstanding customer service. I had to exchange sizing but the process was so quick & easy (their sizings are pretty accurate, I'm just in between sizes at the moment which made it more difficult). Very happy customer!!
I purchased over £130 worth of bikinis for my daughter and I, having looked at the reviews I thought I’d give it a go. I also took note of the apparent “easy returns”.Bikinis arrived and the sizing of them were terrible- so considering how much it cost me I wanted a full refund.There is NO return label and from the UK this had to be returned to California US at your own expense- namely being at £28.00 to post! Shocking!I contacted Kamoni as I had been tracking my parcel to them and I have received no correspondence email back in regards to my refund! I’m my honest opinion don’t bother with this website as they will only offer a 20% refund which is terrible.I’m really peed off with companies taking the ultimate p*ss with their customers cash! I will be wanting a FULL refund, not a measly 20%No idea where this company gets their reviews, most probably paid for!
I've bought 4 bikini set from Kamoni and I'm really happy with quality, delivery and customer service. I saw so many bad reviews before buying, so I was unsure. After purchasing I can not recommend it enough, bikini are stylish, quality is good for the price and service was excellent. They arrive from HK so it takes around 10 days, but it's worth the wait. I wanted to return 1 of the 4 bikini and after contacting the CS they offer to send me a better size for free. Honestly I couldn't have hoped for me. Will buy again and will recommend them to friends and social media.
